Dot Ingenuity clients have a wide range of responsibilities and work within many different types of organisations, so they don’t all want exactly the same support from us. Our main contacts within client organisations tend to have one of the following roles:

• Company Directors – who want our creative and technical skills to help them devise, build and maintain a complete web presence for their company. They may also be looking for transactional and database expertise and are often keen to encourage their own staff to update site content
• Marketing Directors – who know that the web plays an increasingly important role in their internal and external communications plans, and want to use it creatively and proactively to build their corporate and individual brands
• Communications Managers – who are likely to have a good technical knowledge of the web, and are looking to us to help integrate and optimise all their communications channels, within a tightly controlled and strongly branded environment
• IT Managers – who tend to have considerable IT knowledge and are seeking similarly-minded professionals who have the strategic experience to help them rationalise their current networks - often built up piecemeal over many years - and plan for the future
